Fluminense Football Club was warned by Anresf for lack of signatures in financial statements. According to the agency, the club did not present the signature of an independent auditor in the 2025 financial statements. Palmeiras, another club in the A and B series, was also warned for error in the presentation of the 2025 financial results. However, Palmeiras has already resolved the problem and presented a new version of the document before the case judgment. Avaí, from the B series, is in a similar situation and has 30 days to regularize the situation under penalty of R$ 20,000 fine. Remo, another club warned, has already corrected the problem. According to the fair play financial rules, in force since January, clubs in the A and B series are required to deliver to Anresf their audited financial statements. The deadline, in the first year, was postponed twice at the request of the teams.
